I have been practicing yoga since 2006, and I have dedicated my
practice to the Ashtanga Yoga Method since 2018. Through this deeply
spiritual and meditative practice, I have become more grounded
mentally and physically stronger. I am a 200 Registered Yoga
Teacher, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and an Orthopedic
Exercise Specialist, and I've taught a variety classes, including
power yoga, yoga-pilates fusion, and alignment-based yoga. I have
experience working with a wide range of client abilities, and I love
working with children and beginners. I firmly believe that any age
or size can safely begin a practice. If you're brand new to yoga,
